A 6% sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses in the State of Connecticut. If you are from Connecticut I will send you an adjusted invoice that includes the sales tax.
Each piece of Artisan Jewelry that you order is carefully packaged in a gift box and protected by bubble wrap to ensure safe shipping. Your orders are shipped within two days of receiving your order and ten days when payment is by personal check (once check has cleared). An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The total shipping charge includes insurance and handling fees and is $6.00. The current rate for USPS Priority Mail is $4.95.
A minimal charge is added to all orders to cover the cost of insurance in the event that something happens to your package while it is in transit. If you discover problems with your order, please
immediately.

Please inspect your Artisan Jewelry as soon as it arrives. Refunds can only be given for Artisan Jewelry that is returned within 30 days of the purchase date and is returned to me in the condition in which it was received. You must
first to schedule a return.
Repairs and adjustments can be made to your Artisan Jewelry as needed. Please send me an
describing what is needed (no pictures please) and I will provide you with an estimate for the repair work.
